My name is Ed Wingfield and I am the broker/owner of Ed Wingfield Realty. I have been helping people buy and sell Denver metro area real estate for over a decade. In those 10 years, I have gained the market knowledge and experience necessary to make sure you get the service and results you look for in a Realtor/agent. My goal is to help people successfully navigate the buying and selling processes, answer all of their questions and make sure their experience is a pleasant one. I am a proud member of the Board of Realtors and the Colorado Metrolist.

I was born and raised in Aurora, Colorado. I attended Overland High School and upon graduation, accepted a football scholarship to the University of Wyoming. After 2 years of football, I decided to move back to Denver to follow my professional goals in real estate. I started my career with Keller Williams Realty and after two very successful years, I opened my own brokerage. While working full time, I attended Regis University and graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in finance. Along with spending time with friends and family, I enjoy living a healthy lifestyle, reading when I can find the time and golfing on our gorgeous local courses.

Stacey King is a key asset to the Ed Wingfield Realty Team. She helps you get pre-approval for a mortgage and/or down payment assistance that is right for your unique financial situation. Stacey is a local mortgage expert with over 8 years of mortgage and down payment assistance experience.

Orena Walker - Title Agent

Orena is our title and title insurance specialist. She ensures when you buy or sell a home the title transfers smoothly into or out of your name. She is also in charge of making sure your home has the appropriate title insurance and all closing documentation is prepared, executed and recorded properly. Orena plays an essential role in every transaction by making sure your transfer of ownership, title and insurance are handled properly.

Paul Beller - Master Building Inspections

Paul is our home inspector with over 25 years of experience inspecting new homes, resale homes, fix up homes, and more. Paul takes the time to inspect your entire home and uncover its true condition. He also presents you with a 25+ page report for your records and a detailed list of any needed repairs. Paul is a very thorough, properly licensed and insured home inspector.
